Terms of service
- Parties. Cameron Butler, sole trader ("we") provides the service to the subscribing agency ("you"). You must be authorised to monitor every domain you add and you are responsible for your clients' consent.
- Service. Periodic observation of publicly available website and email-domain configuration for verified domains, with digests and reports. Observation cadence, checks and limits are as described on the service pages at the time of subscription. We may change checks with notice; we will not reduce the domain limit during a paid period.
- What the service is not. Not uptime monitoring, not a security assessment, not a compliance service, not email deliverability testing, not remediation. Reports record observations and their times; they do not certify that any configuration is correct, secure or compliant, and they do not confirm that any maintenance was performed.
- Fees. $99 USD per month plus applicable taxes, charged in advance through Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record. Renewal is automatic until cancelled. You will be reminded before renewal where the law requires it.
- Cancellation and refunds. Cancel from your account at any time; service continues to the end of the paid period. The first invoice is refundable in full on request within 14 days of payment. Other refunds are limited to verified non-delivery, up to the amount paid for the affected period.
- Acceptable use. No monitoring of domains you are not authorised to manage. No use of the service to probe, attack or test third parties.
- Data. We process agency account details, branding assets, public observations of your verified domains, billing references and support records, as described in the privacy notice. Operational data is retained on a 90-day rolling basis and for 30 days after service ends for export.
- Availability and support. The service is provided with reasonable care but without an uptime guarantee. Automated help is available at any time; human support replies within one business day as defined on the support page. There is no emergency or incident-response service.
- Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you or your clients take on the basis of a report. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
- Changes and termination. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, in which case unused fees are refunded. We may suspend an account for breach of acceptable use.
- Governing law. New Zealand.
